Pork Diane is an American dish of a sautéed pork cutlets in a sauce made from shallots, butter, brandy, mushrooms, cream and Dijon mustard.  It is served over mashed potatoes.

 

BROILED COMBINATION SEAFOOD PLATTER

A tender fish filet, sea scallops, stuffed clam, two jumbo shrimp stuffed with our own crabmeat stuffing broiled in our lemon butter sauce.

 

HADDOCK (BROILED OR FRIED)

Tender haddock filets cooked to order. Broiled in white wine and butter or hand breaded and fried golden brown.

 

16 OZ RIBEYE STEAK

16 oz of aged beef, seasoned with Montreal seasoning rub, cooked to your temperature and served garnished with french fried onion rings.
